In addition to managing the MeowlBlox community, Meowl also serves as a Head Moderator in another Discord server with 300+ members.In this role, Meowl helps maintain the server, enforce its rules, assist members, handle moderation situations, and help keep the community organized and welcoming. This experience has helped develop valuable skills in community management, leadership, communication, and moderation.Working as part of a larger staff team also provides experience with collaborating with other moderators and contributing to the overall management of an active online community.
